This is one of the few Great Clips locations where everyone is consistent in following the hairstyle that I want, no matter the person. I do expect some variation since the person will be different each time, but I haven’t had anything too crazy.
Went in for a haircut. Got seated by Sue. Horrible service. I tried to show her a 20 second video (TikTok) of how I want my hair done. She kept saying “fast forward to the end, I don’t need to see this”. I then walked out because this is horrible customer service. Will never come back and Sue should be fired!

It’s unfortunate when people don’t seem to want to work for a living. I walked into Great Clips hair salon at 5:30 PM asking for a simple wash and blow-dry. My hair is to my shoulders. There were four stylists sitting in their chairs waiting for customers, and the salon doesn’t close until 8:00 PM. I was literally the only customer in the salon.
