Been coming here for a while now the last two times I’ve been here they’ve been leaving really long hairs behind and this time I went my sideburns were cut two different sizes. One was longer than the other.
Great stylists and haircuts, but I’m done with this location. Corporate coupons are never honored—twice now I’ve had issues, and last time they even made me drive home to bring the physical copy instead of accepting a photo with the barcode. It’s not about the money, it’s the principle. Three kids and myself, losing four people because not honoring coupons is silly to me. They never apologized and 100% made me feel it was my fault.
I brought in my 2 daughters. They got their hair cut by 2 different ladies .. the one who did my younger daughter’s hair was absolutely horrid. I had to take her somewhere else that same day to get it fixed. All she got done was a trim and face frame.. I didn’t get her name but her chair was the far back one to the right side.. my older daughter got her hair trim and face frame by the lady second to the farthes on right side.. she did an amazing job. I had such a great experience with Tristen! She’s not only skilled but also very friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience so comfortable. She really listened to what I wanted, gave helpful suggestions, and the end result was exactly what I had in mind. You can tell she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I’ll definitely be coming back to see her—highly recommend Tristen if you’re looking for a stylist who goes above and beyond!
Normally I don't even bother with reviews but this employee seems new to this location. We made an appointment and waited, not once did she mention on my son's hair even though she checked us in. I already knew she didn't not want to cut our hair because she took a very long time with the person she was attending. When I say long time it might have been about 30 mins for a trim.
