I was a little disappointed with my haircut. I provided a reference photo and specifically asked for my hair to be left long enough to still put into a ponytail. Unfortunately, it ended up being cut way shorter than what I asked for or expected. I understand that a haircut won’t always look exactly like a reference photo, but I was very clear that keeping enough length for a ponytail was important to me. The haircut itself was pretty subpar, and in the middle of the cut my stylist stopped for about 10 minutes to help someone shop for hair products. To make matters worse, one side of my hair was noticeably uneven and looked unfinished when I got home , I think she forgot where she left off when she came back. Gone here for 15 years, times for a new place .

Excellent Customer Service!! 100 Star Rating!! I haven't been to a salon in 3 years, and I never knew I needed this visit this badly. My hair stylist Dayna was so Amazing and Knowledge about my hair. I never knew someone so dedicated to learning about hair, as well as providing insight on how to care for your hair. Dayna was exactly who I needed to transform my hair back to life.
