I walked into the salon devestated as my hair was falling out in clumps from chemo. I was met at the counter by Liz who was so compassionate and understanding from start to finish. I cried in her chair as she stated to buzz it off. She talked me through it and I truly felt comfortable and trusted her. Then to pay, Liz tells me clipper cuts for cancer treatment patients are no charge through their program Clips of Kindness. That act of kindness just made my heart so full.
