I’ve been to many Great Clips locations over the years and always had good experiences—until now. I asked for something very simple: one inch off the ends, soft layers, and curtain bangs. Instead, they took off closer to two full inches, gave me uneven, choppy layers, and completely messed up my bangs. The haircut looks rushed and unblended, nothing like what I asked for. 1 )most of time I see different hair stylists so I have to explain how I want my hair done every time I go there 2) once they messed my hair and said they will not charge me for that hair cut ,,,, 3) I booked online and I was waiting for my turn (wait time was 16 minutes) after 11 minutes a guy walked in without booking online,, my name was on number 1as next guys but all of sudden my wait time went to 24 minutes,,, I have been going to this place since they opened but not anymore,,,,,,,I’m done with this place,,,,
Went in with my husband and there was zero wait time, asked if I could get my hair washed and straightened, by then 3 other men came in, all with very close cuts, I was told "no, they didn't have time", it was only around 3:30pm and when my husband was done with his haircut the shop was completely EMPTY while the 2 workers sat on their butts and jumped on their phones! My hair is only to mid back and wouldn't have taken very long at all so to be lied to just so they could sit on their phones and not have to do anything total... read more
