NEVER have Norma cut your hair. I came in for a bob and had the worst haircut experience of my life. Norma cut my hair super unevenly. During the haircut she did not wet or part my hair thoroughly at all. When I asked her to fix the unevenness it only got worse. She asked another stylist for help and the other stylist proceeded by bringing clippers to my hair.
