I recently got my haircut done from Great clips. The male staff gave me a crappy haircut. And the following week I went again for a touchup to make my haircut alright. Although it was told that the rework would cost me nothing they charged me for a bang trim. Which is totally unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone else. Their customer service is just crap.
Unfortunately my review must change. A manager "Helen"? was extremely unprofessional & did not communicate at all what was happening & disappeared for a while whilst I felt like I had to wait and wait for someone before me who she informed me had not shown up. If she had just let me know what was going on, I wouldn't have had to leave to go back to work. I go there to get an efficient & nice cut, but today was really shocking & upsetting. I had an amazing haircut experience with jhanvi. She is incredibly talented, patient, and truly listens to what you want. She gave me suggestions based on my face shape and hair type, and the final result was even better than I expected. I looked so nice and felt super confident after the haircut.
