Barbers don't speak English so it's hard to get your hair cut the way you want it.
I had gotten a coupon for a haircut for $7.99 (I believe). It was not the closest store to me, but I was going to be in the area that day. I saved $10 on that haircut. That's a deal! I was very pleased by the staff and service. Great Clips has coupons all the time, and do a good job.
