Been coming here for years, and I keep coming back! Great place to go for a quick trim or cut. Love using the app to track the wait. And they are always running special promos and coupons. Great service everytime!
i had the worst experience at this location l, I walked in and was very specific about needing a trim. I have a pixie cute and just wanted some hair cut off the top and back! The lady completely cut my beautiful side burns OFF and there are several inconsistencies with the cut being different lengths. I’m no longer enjoying my pixie at this stage because i basically have to wait for it to grow out . Had D.jay today to cut my mom's hair, and they were super kind, attentive, and understanding with her. She was having some discomfort, and they handled it with grace and poise. Would definitely come back to see them again.
D.jay did just as we asked for my mother’s hair. More importantly, she did a wonderful job being gentle and reassuring to my mother, who has Alzheimer’s and significant anxiety about anything non-routine accordingly. We are so grateful!
