I went in asked for a 1.5 inch trim on the back and sides and one inch off the top then she takes clippers and cuts off all my hair up to the top of my head and same on the sides. On the top I said it was good but she kept cutting and making it short so I basically have a buzz cut after asking for a trim when I had a lot of hair at least 4 inches was cut off in the process.

I prefer the Great Clips in Epping, NH who are wonderful despite Great Clips at 7 Colby Court in Bedford, NH being much closer to me. Last Friday, I had no choice but to go to the Bedford location and was reminded why I avoid going there. Sonia (Spelling?) cut my hair. It’s been over a year since this particular individual cut my hair. Sorry but being greeted with a loud “did you check in online” when you walk in the door does not make me want to do business with this place. Then being told you’re getting sent to the back of the line because you didn't guarantees it. I’ll stick to my tried and true Jomari’s in Nashua where you get good affordable haircuts in a much friendlier environment.
