We have been to this location several times. Yesterday’s appt was the worse we’ve had thus far. We took our 7 year old son to get his hair cut, it was a middle aged female. She was unfriendly, didn’t even smile at the very least. My son has never left with marks on his head before. When paying, we presented a coupon and her behavior became even more less enthusiastic.
