I usually don’t leave reviews after a bad experience, especially since I planned to return to this salon and just request a different stylist. However, my recent haircut was so poor that I feel I need to share what happened. This weekend, the stylist spent the entire appointment talking nonstop about conspiracy theories and government-related topics. Sierra is fantastic. Great customer service and very friendly. She actually listens to the haircut I want. This Great Clips was not the best at one point in time and I live right around the corner. I would drive to others because customer service was horrible. It’s better now that she is there.
