I sent in a review they responded back with a link to costumer services and it takes you to a dead end page see pic the shop at Short Pump has become a joke - if you value your hear find another place The sad part they have your number and send some stupid canned response
Appreciate the fact that stylist listened to my preferences and did a good job fulfilling my objectives with my haircut.
Absolutely the worst if you value your hair don’t go in that shop The young manger had a lady in her chair for 51 minutes while we sat The lady that cut mine (older lady) was horrible she cut the front backward if she would cut hair as much as she talked she would be amazing (the lady before me got a free cut because it was really bad) if you don’t do something in the shop it will close up
Meena give a great haircut. she cuts my curly exactly as i need and she does a great conversation
I don’t think I’ve ever received a worse haircut. Don’t go here.
