I had a coupon clearly for this location and she said once I put it in it won’t take it so she said if it doesn’t take it, she can’t do anything, even though it’s for the location I think corporate scam. The people working at the location are great, but they have nothing to do with the corporate scam. I paid $21 instead of $7.99. Great clips if you are reading this review refund the difference
I purchased a Great Clips card that included paid haircuts for $14.99, a promotional offer available during the holidays. However, when I went to use the card, the stylist not only charged me the promotional price but also asked for an additional $7, claiming that the system showed this as the remaining balance for the haircut, excluding tip. Went to this location Sun afternoon, had no wait time, Raquel did a fine job cutting my hair with layers, and I was in and I out in no time! Very pleased!
