The stylist asked me, “How long have you been getting haircuts for?” That came across as insulting and disrespectful. No customer should be spoken to in that manner. I have never encountered someone so rude in a customer-facing role. I’m deliberately not describing the individual because I don’t want to cause unnecessary trouble for a barber who may simply have been having a bad day. Miss Anita is a good hair stylist
Really upset. Date time 12/May/26 5.15 pm - The guy who is in the black dress and pony tail cut my hair way too short when I had asked 1.5 but not be cut too short. He had already fought with someone else before me. And the other guy was also saying the hygenist cut his hair way too small! He needs to retire.
Very mediocre service at this location.
