2 hour wait for 2 kids when I had already checked-in online and was told 1 hour wait. We got skipped twice even after telling the stylist we were waiting for Corina! Saturday’s are busy but there is no excuse for ignoring your customers. No apologies or explanations given just the cold shoulder.
Susan is amazing at what she does. Great staff, always a fresh and clean place.
I love they keep notes of how I like my hair so every time I come, no matter who cuts my hair it turns out great!
