DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE Stylist was an older Hispanic woman that did my hair and completely ignored instructions. Asked for 4 on the sides, 2 inches off the top hair length and to blend edges between my side and top of hair. Instead I received a 1 or a 2 buzz to the side of my head and a 4 near the top edge of my hair leaving an incredible visible line in the sides of my head. been a customer at this location since it opened (15 yrs??). Recently, the staff turnover is very high and quality has gone down while prices increased. I received THE WORST haircut in my 57 years this week. I wont ever go back-I'll pay more somewhere else, this person had 0 clue how to cut hair. She didn't even have a license out on display.

Yesterday was my first time coming to this location and Song did a fantastic job. She was so nice and attentive. Would definitely come back.
