Went for a haircut this Saturday around 11:30 AM and an older Spanish Ethnicity lady took out a chunk of my hair without putting on clippers. To cover it up, she proceeded to literally clip the rest of my hair to almost a full shaved head. She never even bothered to apologize for making a bald spot on my head and I saw the horrible looking patch only once I reached home. Now I am not able to go out without a cap or a hoodie. Will never be going back...
Everyone was personable and attentive. The hair cut was perfect
I took my son for a haircut, and they completely messed it up with an uneven cut. I wouldn’t recommend this place for kids at all.
One of the employees was rude to customers. They don’t know how to retrieve the previous cut.
