Had such a great experience with Bela for my son’s hair cut. She’s professional, friendly, and very skilled. My son’s haircut turned out perfect. My son felt very confident and told me that he wants Bela to do his haircut every single time now :)
Haircut was good, but stylist made a mistake with coupon, did not apply it. Was asked to drive all the way for the refund.. Absolutely unprofessional, which they could have done on phone..
If Google allowed it, I would give less than one star. This is by far the most unprofessional group of stylists I have encountered across multiple Great Clips locations in different states. Their rude and dismissive behavior makes customers feel extremely uncomfortable, which completely ruins the experience of getting a haircut. Customer service should be a basic expectation, but unfortunately that is clearly lacking here.
