Extremely Disappointed with the Unprofessional and Disrespectful Behavior We’ve been visiting this salon for the past 3–4 years as we are living in Lexington ( right across) , but the recent experiences—especially with one stylist named Dina—have been deeply disappointing. NO STAR !!! Worst cut I have received from all my years going to great clips. "NOTHING GREAT ABOUT IT" She's did not trim my hair 1/2 as requested. She grabbed the clippers and cut it totally short. I will need to find a new place to get a haircut.
My family will always follow Marlene. She’s such a sweet person. My husband and son love her. She’s naturally funny, has amazing attention to detail, cuts quick, and just an absolute joy to be around. Not your typical stylist, she’s great with kids on the spectrum. Ask for her and make sure you tip well. Thanks Marlene and kiss those precious babies for me.
