Normal haircut place, but there is no reason to sign in online. They do not hold your place. Online said 15 minutes wait. I get there 15 minutes later, and they seat someone right in front of me and say it will be 15 minutes.
Your hair should look better leaving then going not the case for kids. My kids hair is so messed up. If you can't cut a kids hair I get it just say something instead of pretending. My kid had a problem looking down not looking straight why is her hair on a Incline I could ski down. Very nice lady she can cut amazing hair not kids tho. Have to go some where else to get her hair fixed don't bring your kids here
Would give this place no stars, but that's not a choice. No one in the store standing around eating ice cream and you need an appointment to have your hair, blow-dried and washed.
Best team and I have been to many Great Clips since returning to MI.
I’m in from out of town and decided I needed a haircut so I stopped in without an appointment. They were fast, courteous, and my hair cut is fantastic. Thanks Jenny!!
