My first time at this location…or at a great clips in years. Lisa was awesome! Very personable and friendly and my haircut was quick and exactly what I wanted.
Omg !! I got my haircut on April 16 and I showed the lady a photo which was not much different than I already had. I explain to her what I wanted my haircut looks nothing like that. It is at least 2 1/2 inches shorter than the photo I showed her after explaining to her. I wanted it to my shoulders. She took it to my chin. I am so upset and there’s nothing I can do but just let my hair grow back out… DO NOT go here for a haircut. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN !!! I would give zero stars, but it won’t let me
I've been going to this Great Clips for over 15 years and have had several stylists cut my hair and I've never got a bad cut. My current stylist is Jenny and she rocks!
I and my family always get our hair cuts here. The staff is very friendly and always do a great job.
I am highly upset after my last haircut. I thought it was all great until I really looked in the mirror at home. I asked for a simple trim and face frame. I've asked for this numerous times with no issues. She cut my sideburns so completely short and very uneven. I never asked for them to be cut and she never asked if I wanted that. Now it looks like crap putting my hair up or behind my ears. I am extremely upset that I cried a bit. I don't plan on coming back here for my haircut anymore.
