I have paid ridiculous amounts of money to people who butchered my hair and told me it was for the best. I came here and Eric greeted me at the front and his confidence immediately won me over. Wait time shows15 minutes for my online appointment. Waited almost an hour with no one else waiting. Always wait way too long. Your A.I. needs to be changed. Maybe free haircut for excessive wait!
I didn’t get to catch your name, but you’re the gal whose chair I just sat in around this time, not too long ago! So Management- give this girl a kudos for a job amazingly well done! She’s the one with the adorable little nephew and cute Gen Z pins on her apron. I wanted to say thank you for making me feel heard, seen, and beautiful! I felt 100% comfortable which is rare for me, means she’s a rare hairstylist!!! 10/10 ☺️
