It was my mom's second time there. The first visit we would rate it a 5. This second visit, the older woman who took care of my mom was argumentative about everything. She insisted that if she blow dried her hair, that it would frowe out and chose to leave it flat and wet. I explained to her that my mom doesn't have enough hair for it to do that but she continued to argue and say that she has the same kind of hair and hers does that. It was not a good experience.
I rely on Great Clips in other states when I travel and have never been disappointed. Today was my first time at this Fort Collins location. I registered online (highly recommended) and my wait time was shorter than their 14 minute estimate. They were short-staffed but the two stylists there were doing a good job.
