I wish I could rate it 1.5 stars, but I can't. I went in and I asked for my hair to be cut like shown in the second picture. Aka, layers with face framing. The lady I was working with told me that she wouldn't be doing more than 2 layers, even though I asked for 3 layers. I asked her multiple times for 3 layers, but she told me no, that it'd be easier for me to manage if I only only had 2. She also didn't give me any layering. I just had my haircut and beard trimmed by Roxanne and it was the best I've gotten in a long time she took her time and was very attentive. I will definitely go back
Ly was very professional and gave me a nice clean cut. Her suggestions made all the difference in the way my hair turned out. Look forward to seeing Ly and getting my hair cut by her again.
