I am really not satisfied with this haircut. She didn’t listen to what I asked for at all. I told her to keep the sides a bit longer to cover my spots, but she didn’t understand. Even if she didn’t understand the first time, she should have asked me again instead of just saying “okay” and doing whatever she wanted. Now my hair is a complete mess. I am a loyal customer.
