Easily one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever gotten. The employees were friendly, place was fairly clean, and I got in quick. But I showed her the pic of the cut with the mask on as a reference for what I wanted, and instead somehow got what looks like.. well, something I could’ve done myself. I cringed when she asked how it looked, but bit my tongue in the hopes someone else could fix it. I will credit her for being quick, so if you just want to get in and out and don’t really care what it looks like, it’s a solid option!

First time coming here and was not disappointed. Ivy did a fantastic job and is very friendly and professional. I will definitely be coming back to see her.

I just had my haircut here…Honestly, one of the most disappointing haircuts I’ve had. The stylist finished everything in just 6 minutes and seemed more focused on following rules than giving a proper service. Before starting, she mentioned that any modifications after the cut would count as a new haircut — which already felt a bit rigid. The haircut itself felt rushed, with no effort to check if I was satisfied. When I didn’t leave a tip, she didn’t even bother to smile. I walked in and one of the "stylists" went to check me in, but after I told her that I wanted a shampoo and style, she said that they were "too busy". There was another stylists there and they were already in process of taking care of two male customers, and another was waiting I'm a woman who has shoulder-length hair that is pretty thin, so I really don't see how they could have been too "busy" to do my hair.
