Came in for a regular haircut and shampoo. I have straight hair that was slightly long and my hairstylist also had straight hair (his hair was gorgeous honestly). I thought that meant he’d know how to work with straight hair - I have never been in so much scalp pain after a haircut before. When brushing, he basically launched the brush at my head and yanked it down, ripping at my hair and wrenching my neck back. This place is a joke! Do not get your haircut here. The staff is unprofessional. They do no keep updated hours on their website. You check in. Then they tell you the place is closed.
I have been to this location 3 different times and had 3 different stylists, and each time I have been happy with my cut.
