I used to go to this place all the time to get my haircut but it has gone completely downhill lately You can show these people a haircut that you want and they do the complete opposite and then have an attitude with you when you try to correct them I think they need to fire everybody there and start over hopefully they get it together soon so I can go back and continue to get my haircut there
I have an easy cut but it was done fast and effectively the woman who did it was personable enough and the price was fair enough one star was deducted for google maps taking me to the wrong location and the horrible parking availibility in the parking lot. Email me when google fixes the map and ill give that missing star back
Customer service was fantastic and haircut looks great. Would highly recommend!!
I went to Jason with a photo of what I wanted. He gave me a lopsided mess. I returned a couple hours later, and said this is unsatisfactory. Maddie said she’d fix it and proceeded to basically shave my head. I didn’t have my glasses on, and couldn’t see the butcher job she was doing. I walked out with my hair 1/4” long. She apologized profusely, and asked if I had any scarfs I could wear for the next few weeks. I went home and cried my eyes out!
