This was a 1 star review but…. Ian to the rescue! Got a bad cut from mikayla. Seemed friendly at 1st, when i told her i wasnt interested in shampoo service it went downhill. Barely cut my hair and was more obsessed with using jargon no one knows about. Tried to kick me out 3 times from the chair. And ended up with my 2nd worse cut Left super bummed. Called the shop and luckily got Ian. He was more than willing to have me come in to fix my hair and fix he did! For what mess he needed to correct, he did a good job But lesson l... read more
