They don’t care about customer service. Long wait time and the lady seemed super tired and cut my hair in 7 minutes. They are either under paid or over worked. Smile is all it takes to greet your customer. I still tip them as I know life is hard and someone might have a bad day. I might try them one more time just to see and can change the review if I get good customer service.
Got a haircut today and I’m so happy with the results! Preet did an amazing job — she was kind, professional, and guided me through every step. I felt totally comfortable, and the final look turned out even better than I expected. Highly recommend her! 💯
