Good for men's haircuts but they really did a hack job on my daughter's hair who was just wanting a trim..... Not even in the back at all. Daughter in tears. Gotta go to get it fixed by a real professional.
i came in asking for a trim, 2 inches off. this hair stylist had a simple job and still messed it up. it came out the most choppiest and messy some of the lengths of my hair were uneven and extremely messy. i DO NOT recommend, great clips do better.
This was the best haircut I have ever received in my life. My hair had gotten tangled badly while I was in the hospital, and it was hard to get it out. I was embarrassed. Then I came to Great Clips to see if they could de-tangle it. They said they could. Amy is the best hair stylist ever, detangled it, and gave me a fresh haircut. I felt like crying with happiness. Thank you for making me feel beautiful again.,
I tried booking online but it wouldnt let me because it said they were only taking walkins. So I drove 20 min one way to bring my little girl to get her haircut for the first day of school. We got there 35 min before closing and they would not cut her hair after I told them I couldn't check in online because it said they were only doing walking. Seems like they need a new system and better customer service. I got to listen to my little girl cry for the 20 min drive back home.
