I came in earlier today requesting that I were to get a clean up to my long hair. The stylist refused to look at my reference pictures and was extremely rude. Did not allow me to make suggestions of what I wanted, mocked my stutter, and claimed that my issues with the end result was due to me not describing it well (despite trying to show reference photos). I'm a very picky person when it comes to my hair. It's straight and fine. They listened to me and gave me a haircut that I actually like. Its cut evenly and something that I can work with.
DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE!!! Edit to add: I reached out to the salon directly as the response that I received had indicated and did receive a phone call from the manager of Great Clips today. She apologized for my experience and offered me a free haircut. I advised that after this experience I would not be getting my hair cut there again and she said that if that's the case, then I could give it to a friend.
