Went to Great Clips today to get a haircut. I was instantly greeted when I walked in, and check-in was super easy. I asked for a specific stylist and my request was honored with no problem at all. Tyler did a fabulous job giving me a clean fade—couldn’t be happier with the experience!
Extremely disappointing I was seated and was asked, what are we doing, I asked if she checked the notes in the computer which she said she did. She spent less then 5 minutes cutting my hair only to leave me with the shortest cut I ever had in the winter. Terrible attitude and customer service. Couldn't wait to leave.
