Sarah is the best. She has been cutting my hair for over 5 years and what I like about her is she's very down to earth and I appreciate her attention to detail.
What's the point of the app, if you show up on time just for the Stylist to decided to check in someone after me and then proceeds to tell me she'll be with me shortly and leaves me sitting there. Then I look down at my phone and seen the time on the app went from 0 min wait to a 15min wait. Been using that location since 2014 with the app. Never had a problem till today. Poor customer service. Mostly likely won't be back.
The stylist did a great job, listened to what I wanted and did a great cut.
