The manager Heather, based off multiple experiences always stinks of POT. It’s obvious she’s running the place high as hell and probably is the reason why all of her haircuts are terrible. Not a great good for “great clips”. I have family members that don’t come anymore because of how unprofessional the environment is. Posting from my review account to keep out of it name wise. But this is an issue that seems to be on going at the Okemos great clips
I took my 5 year old autistic son for a trim/haircut.. had to get buzzed on the sides and just clipped on top. I was absolutely amazed and can’t tell you how THANKFUL and appreciative I was, that the woman cutting his hair, had quiet clippers instead of the traditional loud buzzing ones. She even offered him a popsicle afterward! 10/10 service!!
Heather was awesome!
Richele did a phenomenal job with my 2nd graders back to school hair cut. She loved it!! Highly recommend!!
