Went. Checked in. They said they had a 75 minute wait. So I went next door and ate for 50. Came back and they passed my name. (They are supposed to allow 60 mins after your predicted time to eliminate your name) Checked back in and they said it’ll be like 30 mins but they’d be closed by that time but they can still cut my hair. So I said I’d wait. Waited 30 and it was like like 7:02 the girl was like can you just come back tomorrow? I was gonna tip $25 for the inconvenience.
Worst haircut I've ever had. I went in for a fade and it was extremely uneven. She tired to fix it but she was terrible.
0 stars if I could. I can and have given my son better haircuts at home, and I didnt go to cosmetology school. My son's hair looks ridiculous, his "fade" isnt a fade at all and it has patchy bald spots that the lady tried to argue was "just how his hair is" I honestly wish I would of just walked out without paying because this is absurd thst they charge people $20 for garbage kids cuts that they do in about 2 minutes.
Lana made my daughters and mines day! The kindness and compassion were unmatched. This employee deserves the world!! I truly hope her bosses are able to recognize how truly incredible of an experience this was. I was unsure on if we’d both be getting haircuts today but thanks to Lana’s empathy and compassion we were able to! Thank you so much for making such an incredible moment for us both ❤️❤️❤️
