I went for a haircut here a few times. It's usually fine. I went last week and it was VERY NOT FINE!!! Idk who it was that cut my hair. She was an asian lady with gold on her buzzes. I told her to buzz the sides and back a 0 and trim the top. The top of my hair was down to my mouth when I pulled it straight down. She grabbed her buzzer and I thought she was gonna buzz the sides. Joy is completely fantastic! I have an autistic 6 year old and she is the ONLY person that has EVER been able to cut his hair! She is incredible! She also cut my hair and I received so many compliments on it!

Great clips in okemos does not listen at all when I say just below the chin I mean right below the chin. She cut it way above the chin. It’s going to be cold out and I am going to be cold because someone couldn’t do the job right. If I could just write a comment I would not even give them a star. This place need place needs to go back to school on listening to the customers. My advice don’t go there unless you want to get Burchard.
