Refused to cut my hair because I had knots. I have naturally curly hair. The rude supervisor told me to get the knots out myself and then come back. The last stylist there had no issues. I already filed a complaint with corporate but I'll never go back again!

Good haircut. Shorter than I expected, but it will grow back. The man who cut my hair was pleasant.

Very disappointed. The best gal is gone. Got a bad hair cut from a rude, loud-mouth head clipper. She does not fit in for Naples people. Won't go back because now, it's just a "clip joint." She should be fired for the things she said to me. How do I contact the owner in order to disclose details?
