I've been here twice with my family. This review is based mostly on their employee Kathy. I got mostly bad service that caused me to never consider this Great Clips again. The first time, Kathy did my husband's hair. She was the worst. She has something against gay people. The second time, Joy did my haircut. She was awesome. If this review was based solely on Joy, I'd be rating this business much differently. Instead, Kathy's presence was enough to ruin everything for me and my family.
