Have used Great Clips for years. Always get a great haircut every time. Employees always super nice and very qualified.
First time coming to the location, and the absolute the last time. Never again. DO NOT go to this location for a child’s haircut. The bad experience started from the moment we walked in—the older lady there seemed very irritated that we came in, because she had to get up from sitting in her chair. Mind you, we pre-scheduled online, so they should have been expecting us. She was very rude—no smile, no introduction.
