Very disappointed after my visit to Great clips, I asked her to leave it a little bit longer in the back around my neck area that didn't happen I came out looking like a boy with a boy haircut I'm very disappointed in Great clips, I will never go back there.! I told the girl how I wanted my haircut and evidently she don't hear very well! Super disappointed in Great clips, I don't want anything from that company because I'm never going back I came out with a boy cut instead of just a trim.

I told the hairdresser to only cut my end ends and she cuts of 1inch of my hair so now I have been bullied at school and my hair is so short that I am not even going outside that is sad now I will never come back ever again this is the worse play EVER!!!

I would not recommend going here. I came for a trim and a shampoo. The women didn’t section my hair or even ask where my part went so my cut is choppy. She also didn’t blow dry me so I left with sopping wet hair. I felt very pressured to buy heat protection spray and leave in conditioner. She added it to by tab without asking me if I wanted it. Never again. I want a refund. I believe her name was Jennifer she was tall with red/brown hair and glasses
