I visited Great Clips with a clear vision for my hair, showing the stylist, Marissa, a picture of exactly what I wanted. Marissa completely butchered my long hair. Despite having a visual guide, she seemed utterly incapable of executing the cut. She just kept cutting, completely disregarding the desired style, and the result is an absolute disaster.
