Our son gets a lot of haircuts. We keep it nice and trimmed. This was the worst experience I have ever encountered. When I requested a simple thing I was greeted with someone who was disrespectful and acted like she was angry i even had a request. She wasn’t even the one cutting his hair. Then the beautician that did cut his hair did an absolute horrible job. Took the clippers to his neck so fast he has red marks up his neck even an hour later. Place used to be good. But current staff seems to be new and inexperienced. Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. Normally takes about 10-15 minutes for a quick cut, but I sat there for 34 minutes while she attempted to try and cut. She said there was “a lot of hair”. She had to call over a more experienced stylist to come fix some of the mistakes. Paid and left and went right to a different place to fix it.
Checked in online and walked right in. BRENT asked what i wanted and I told him a military fade from zero guard and fade up leaving the top length. He switched guards about 40 times. That's when I started getting concerned. Have had this type of haircut for the past 38 years and you can tell when they know what they're doing and when they don't.
