It's very clear that there's one stellar stylist at this location, and therefore, one stylist most people seek to book with. Well, repeatingly, my boyfriend & I have called to see if he would be working that day to come in, and the other stylists are SO clearly annoyed with us and they don't hide it. I'm sure many people do the same thing, they call and ask for one particular stylist & maybe the rest of the stylists aren't getting the clients so they're irritated. But don't take that out on us! Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with my haircut on Monday. I came to this location to fix a bad haircut, I decided to go shorter with my hair. When the stylist buzzed my hair, I noticed there was a lack of blending between different levels. When I mentioned to her that there was extra weight in the back, mid portion-she told me I was wrong and that I just had a bump on my skin back there. The stylist did amazing and was amazing to chat with!!!
If I was giving this review after my first visit it would've been 5 stars but since then I've had a horrible experience. The first person to cut my hair was wonderful and did an excellent job, loved my cut. Trying to get in for a second appointment was difficult and when I did the second person completely butchered my hair! I'm still waiting for it to grow back to a length that I can get it corrected.
