Not kid friendly. Staff was so unfriendly to my 4 year old and 2 year old & me (but I can take it). The moment they started cutting - the worker (who was actively cutting someone else’s hair) said to our stylist, “if you can’t do it. Just don’t do it.” Within a min of cutting. Always fast and friendly service there. The ladies are great and very good at cutting how you envision it. The check in online is really convenient also.
I stopped in for what should have been a simple trim, and unfortunately it was one of the worst haircuts I've had. The blending is uneven, the front is noticeably crooked, and my bangs were cut in a way that makes my normal comb-over impossible to style. What really confused me was trying to make my naturally receding hairline look perfectly straight. That's not how my hair grows, and it only made the haircut look more unnatural. I just went Online checked in was told the way it was About 60 minutes set a timer for 45 minutes drove up there nobody to place has any idea how to access the waitlist what happened to the name? They said maybe it was the wrong address but they couldn’t even tell me where the other address was customer service about a zero. There was no way to get back to access the original site
