I checked in online. I was informed I had a 53 minute wait It takes 30 mins to get there. I left 10 mins after receiving their text. When I got there approximately 10 early I was asked if I checked in and told the stylist yes. She looked and had to enter my phone number Again!!! Then there were 4 in front of me when I should have been next I didn't say a word as I sat patiently.The other stylist grabbed her purse and walked out to lunch I presume. I'm there about every 6 weeks they do a great job getting me in fast now I don't have that much hair to cut but I do like what they do for me
