We visited the Great Clips near our home today. There were only 4 people ahead of us, so we expected to wait no more than about 15 minutes per person. However, we ended up waiting a full hour, and only one customer got their haircut during that time. Normally, on Sundays, Great Clips locations have at least 3–4 stylists working, but this location had only one person on duty.
