They need to fire the guy working on Monday mar. 31st. Watched him yell at a 14 year old kid and shame him for his hair cut choices. Rudest customer service person I’ve ever seen and it was painfully obvious the kid wasn’t comfortable. His voice and obnoxious presence is so loud, I couldn’t even stand it from the waiting room, can’t imagine the terrible experience for the kid. You have to be a different kind of empty-hearted to be a grown large man yelling at a preteen kid.
Man that cuts hair in there is Extreme rude to everyone! From the minute he has to cut your hair to the minute you leave!!! Very uncomfortable situation!!! Do y let him cut your hair!!
Molly is fantastic! She has been cutting my hair as well as my two sons, one who is now 20 and the other who is 13, for a few years now. Nails it every time!
I've taken my 6 year old son here about a dozen times and it doesn't matter who he gets, they are always so kind to him. Especially the more life-experienced lady who acts like a grandmother towards him. She is just the sweetest and he enjoys the luvin!
