I had a very disappointing experience with the stylist who cut my hair. She was extremely rude unresponsive throughout the appointment. After finishing the haircut, she didn’t even ask if I was satisfied with my haircut or need any changes. Instead, she immediately walked to the payment counter and said “I’m ready” without giving me a chance to review the cut.
