My son and I went for a haircut today morning. I got a decent cut but my son's hairdresser refused to adhere to requested instructions. When I requested to stand next to my son to ensure he gets a cut he wants, she told me to leave and get my hair cut at the same time. When It was over, she had cut most of my sons hair. He only wanted 1/4 inch removed but she removed almost 1 - 1.5 inches and kept insisting he looked good and it was a good haircut. In future, please make sure she listens to customer requests.
