I went in for a haircut, an African American was very rude, her tone was very unprofessional… I will not be disrespected, I’m a paying customer & I was not rude to her, all I asked if there was someone in there that could do a pixie in African American hair, I said I’m particular about my hair , as I’ve never been in a Great Clips before, this is my hard earned money, & I was curious, not one time was I rude… she proceeded to say I could always go somewhere else. Tracie was awesome. She always is.
I am very pleased and happy with DiDi who trimmed my hair. She did a wonderful job and did exactly what I asked her to do. She is so friendly and she gave very professional service. I was a walk in customer and was so pleasantly greeted. The salon is spotless and the entire staff is great.
