Needed a shorter Summer cut before an event. Tracey was working this shift and she has cut my hair before. She does a great job paying attention to detail. Also a new person at that store. Well staffed when I was there, didn't wait long. Very clean and friendly. I am a returning customer when I am in thst part of town.
I came for a fade haircut and got what I wanted.
I did not have a good experience! I had taken my 2 year old son here for the first time and when I got there it didn’t feel welcoming. My son does sit through the haircut but ends up crying and I know it can be hard so I told her if she she can wait til I put something to watch like his shows and she literally said “ I don’t have time for this” in such rude way and at the moment I didn’t even wanna stay through the haircut but she started cutting his hair the moment she put the cape around his neck. This location has some awesome hair stylists. The lady who cut mine did such a good job that I was told I looked like I got a $50 hair cut. She paid attention to detail. They were the friendliest and kindest staff. Thank you for the awesome haircut! I'll be back 😁
