Just went to get my daughters hair trimmed. 5 minutes later she's done. That was a complete joke! She didn't even wet it; just combed it out and did a quick trim; too quick in my opinion. A waste of $16. I won't be returning. This is not the first time we've had a bad experience.
I went to Great Clips because I am new to the area and not familiar with the hair salons around (and I don't have an arm and a leg to spend on an easy hair cut). I wish I had done more research and forked out the cash! It's not the worst haircut possible but I am going to have to pay to have it fixed somewhere else now! I should have taken it as a sign that there was only ONE customer in the store on a Saturday afternoon, but I didn't.
