My fiancé walked in, one employee was with a customer and the other was on the phone cleaning up. I understand cleaning up, but the employee couldn’t be bothered to get off of her phone to help us check-in. She told us to download the app after we told her we didn’t have it. There was nobody else in there, zero people on the waitlist. If you couldn’t be bothered to help customers check in and get off of your phone, then we will go take our service to a place where customers are valued.
Went in for a shampoo. She didn't put a towel behind my neck so my entire back was soaked. I had to ask her to comb my hair before I left and that seemed to be a big surprise for her. I'll not ne back!!!!
Stop sticking your advertisements to peoples car windows while they leave there vehicle. Not the first time I’m peeling stuff from my car window. Thanks
