i have gone here for years (at great clips 20+; at this location a long time too). i dont pick a consistent time to go or know the workers schedules. i have had probably 8 different people at this location in that span cut my hair. this is the first time i have had someone straight up not do around half of it. didnt realized til after a shower, but the bottom half was completely unfinished - literally wasnt touched. some of your staff has been great, but im likely never going to come here again. i paid 20+tip for an incomple... read more
