"Avoid this place at all costs. I had a terrible experience with Brandy—not only was she incredibly rude with a massive attitude, but she also did a horrible job on my hair. It’s one thing to be disrespectful, but to be rude and give a bad haircut is unacceptable. It felt like she didn't care about my hair at all. Save your time and money—go somewhere else where they actually have skill and basic manners."
Today, I checked in online for my haircut, but I wish there was an option to request a specific barber. Unlike the previous customer, I wasn't offered any hair product. When it was my turn, I asked for minor adjustment and basic styling, but the barber just quickly cut my hair and move on.
