So today 6/30/26 even though I had a bad experience the one and only time I had been to this salon, I decided to give it another shot. Its .05 miles from my home, so glad I did, Anthony was there and after explaining that I am returning after a bad experience he assured me he would take care of me personally, and he did. This is the 2nd Great Clips I went to in the Four Corners area and I left unhappy at each one. I don't know why it is so difficult to listen to the customers, look at the photos, and to give the customers what they want. Both times I left with my hair much shorter than requested. I asked for a reverse bob with the front long, the back short, and a few layers to keep it fluffy. I showed pictures of exactly what I wanted.
