This is the 2nd Great Clips I went to in the Four Corners area and I left unhappy at each one. I don't know why it is so difficult to listen to the customers, look at the photos, and to give the customers what they want. Both times I left with my hair much shorter than requested. I asked for a reverse bob with the front long, the back short, and a few layers to keep it fluffy. I showed pictures of exactly what I wanted.
