Went in today on 8/3/25 and whoever the short lady was on the right, first station, ticked me off to the point I had to leave. I tried checking in over two hours prior to walking in and their store on the app said check in was unavailable walk-ins only. I tried explaining that to her and she was clearly frustrated. Staff always very friendly. They all truly care about making sure you get what you're asking for.
I love my hairstylists. I have 2 that i use. However i cannot let this slide. A family came in and again Jackie out of the store on clarksville tn highway 76 decided to be rude again. I csnt stand for it and wont. She rolled her eyes when it was a kid haircut and not an adult haircut. I comforted the family and to be honest i dont know if they will be back at all because of her.
