I took my dad to get his haircut there. The staff was friendly but the only reason why I gave it four stars is because it they didn't comb my dad's hair when he was finished.
Received a very nice haircut. Wish Great Clips would offer more coupons for senior citizens

Yeah my haircut only took <10 minutes, but they completely butchered my very long hair and she didn't do anything I asked for. She just didn't care. My ends are even worse now and my bangs are ruined because of dull scissors and or no water. What little confidence I had is shattered now.
